Help & Support

Capsim business simulations are packed with features and functions that professors can adjust according to their teaching needs. While the system is straight forward and user-friendly, we realize that there is usually a learning curve involved with adopting new things. Thats why we make ourselves available to provide as much support as professors need to get going with Capsim.

Currently in Asia we offer email-based support with future plans to expand into telephone support. And help is not provided only to professors. Students and aids can also reach out anytime via email with questions.
